To use this designs tools you should agree with the use terms to proceed.

These tools are protected by international laws of Copyright and they are of exclusive property of designs by Anita.
You have authorization to use these graphs in personal projects and for sale with your other elements in the kit.
YOU MAY:
- YOU MAY alter, colorize, resize or modify any or all images to suit your needs, but YOU MAY NOT claim them as your own.
- YOU MAY use the elements in templates, or as elements that are part of a digital scrapkit to be sold but they may not be resold as a stand-alone product.
- YOU MAY create custom greeting cards, candy wrappers, layouts, invitations and other printed materials for your customers provided that they are finished pieces.
This means that you may sell items that are printed but you may not sell a download or cd of any kind.
- You may use the graphics in your web design projects providing that proper credit is given on the website. All website design must be for family friendly websites only.
No indecent websites will be tolerated.
YOU MAY NOT:
- You may NOT use these images and/or files to create brushes, shapes, and/or stamps for the purpose of re-sale.
- You may not create brushes (abr.) or styles from these elements.
- You may not offer any tools in any website for download, nor to send for email lists, communities of Internet, Yahoo Groups or for any other middle.
- You may not offer these in freebies.
